[25.11.14] Buylist Checkout Minimum, Point of Sale Receipts, and Other Updates

These patch notes summarize customer-facing Storepass updates released between November 10 and November 14, 2025. The update focused on buylist controls, inventory imports, POS receipts, and faster product sync behavior.

Buylist

• Checkout minimums: Buylist checkout minimums can be set by product line so customers cannot submit a buylist until the minimum amount is met.
• Buylist filters: Updates to buylist tags or product type settings take effect more quickly for customer-facing results.
• Set autocomplete: Buylist price-rule set autocomplete excludes sets that were already used.
• Riftbound: Added the Riftbound logo to the buylist list view.

Inventory and Catalog

• Product exports: Product CSV exports now include a TCGplayer SKU ID column.
• Inventory imports: Inventory imports now support TCGplayer product ids from consumer CSVs.
• Scryfall imports: Inventory imports now support Scryfall-based CSVs.
• Single product creation: Creating one product from the Storepass catalog creates it immediately instead of putting it into a queue.

Point of Sale

• Receipt email: The receipt email field now fills correctly when an order has a customer with an email address.

Shopify Sync

• Product sync: Product sync and variant creation use updated Shopify API calls.
• Webhooks: Storepass improved webhook intake so Shopify product changes can sync faster.

Review

• Use Buylist Settings to review checkout minimums and product-line visibility.
• Use the inventory import workflow for CSVs that include TCGplayer product ids or Scryfall IDs.
• Run a small POS receipt test if your team relies on customer email receipts.
