[25.12.05] Point of Sale Improvements, Pokemon Unlimited Images, and Other Fixes

These patch notes summarize customer-facing Storepass updates released between December 2 and December 5, 2025. The update focused on Point of Sale cart handling, Pokemon Unlimited images, product creation reliability, buylist totals, and store search improvements.

Stores using Pokemon product images or POS kiosk carts should review the related workflows after this release.

Point of Sale

  • Cart names: POS carts can be renamed.
  • Kiosk carts: Staff can force-load a kiosk cart when needed.
  • Orders: Improved POS order reliability for edge cases that could occasionally block checkout.

Product Creation and Images

  • Pokemon Unlimited images: Product creation can use Pokemon Unlimited images from PriceCharting instead of defaulting to first-edition TCGplayer images.
  • Image template: Stores can reset the image template to the default in Product Creation Settings to use the updated Pokemon image behavior.
  • Bulk Standardize Products: Existing products can be updated after the template reset by running Bulk Standardize Products.
  • Stuck tasks: Improved product creation reliability for tasks that could sometimes get stuck.
  • Product creation settings: The settings page was cleaned up and now points stores to the catalog for product creation actions.

Buylist and Pricing

  • Buylist credit totals: Fixed cases where total credit prices did not show correctly when moving to the cart.
  • Minimum offers: Product-line minimum offer prices show on the buylist more quickly after settings change.
  • Manual controls: Manual price controls work more reliably in the All category.

Inventory and Search

  • Barcode and SKU updates: Improved barcode and SKU updates when creating products without variants.
  • Board game data: Board game information is refreshed periodically so older games can receive publisher and data changes.
  • Navigation autocomplete: Collection autocomplete closes more cleanly when clicking out of the URL field.
  • Support page load: Improved support page load time for stores reviewing requests in Storepass.

Review

  • Reset the Pokemon image template if your store wants the updated Unlimited image behavior.
  • Run Bulk Standardize Products for existing products that need refreshed images.
  • Test POS cart naming or kiosk cart loading if your team uses kiosk carts.
