Add Shopify Collections to Storepass

Storepass uses Shopify collections in storefront search, product-line filters, Smart Page Builder, navigation, and collection-specific sync workflows. Collections must be synced before they are available in Storepass settings.

Use this workflow after creating or changing Shopify smart collections or custom collections.

Sync collections

1. Open Sync.
2. Click Sync Collections to refresh Shopify collection metadata.
3. If you need Storepass to process every custom collection, click Sync All Custom Collections.
4. For one custom collection, enter the Shopify collection ID and click Sync Collection.
5. Open Task Monitoring if a task starts.

Use synced collections

• Search Settings: collection IDs can be assigned to product lines and used by filters.
• Smart Page Builder: collection queries decide which page a Discover section appears on.
• Navigation and storefront tools: synced collections power collection autocomplete and collection-aware storefront content.

Review

1. Open Search Settings.
2. Select a product line.
3. Check whether the Collection IDs input can find the Shopify collection by title or handle.

If a collection was just created in Shopify and does not appear in Storepass, run Sync Collections before editing Search Settings or Smart Page Builder.
