The Sync page refreshes Shopify data inside Storepass. It is used when Storepass needs the latest products, collections, orders, locations, customers, sales channels, or a single listing URL.
Use this page when Shopify changes are not visible in Storepass yet, or before configuring features that depend on recently created Shopify records.
Run a sync
- Open Sync.
- Choose the sync action that matches the data you need to refresh.
- When the task popup appears, open Task Monitoring if you want to watch progress.
- Review the sync task and logs for errors.
Sync options
- Sync All: refreshes store listings broadly.
- Sync Recent Only: refreshes recently changed listings.
- Sync Locations: refreshes Shopify locations.
- Sync Orders: refreshes Shopify order data.
- Sync Customers: refreshes Shopify customers.
- Sync Collections: refreshes Shopify collection metadata in Storepass.
- Sync All Custom Collections: queues sync work for custom collections.
- Sync Sales Channels: refreshes Shopify sales channels used during product creation.
- Sync Collection: syncs one Shopify custom collection by ID.
- Sync Url: refreshes one listing by its product URL.
After syncing
- Refresh the Storepass page where the data was missing.
- For products, check Products.
- For collections or storefront filters, check Search Settings or Smart Page Builder.
- For customers, open the customer record or search again from POS.
Syncing reads Shopify data into Storepass. It is not the same as Bulk Standardize or product creation, which write product changes back to Shopify.
