Storepass Legal

Acceptable Use Policy

Effective and last updated: August 6, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes prohibited uses of the websites, software, APIs, point-of-sale tools, inventory and ecommerce features, and related services provided by Atlas Alpha, Inc., doing business as Storepass (“Storepass”). It forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to customers, authorized users, and anyone using the Services through a customer account.

Customers are responsible for activity under their accounts, including activity by authorized users and activity made possible by a failure to use reasonable account security.

1. Unlawful or Fraudulent Commerce

You may not use the Services to:

  • violate any law, regulation, sanctions program, court order, or legally binding industry rule;
  • list, market, buy, sell, or facilitate goods or services that are illegal in the applicable jurisdiction;
  • commit or facilitate fraud, theft, deceptive practices, money laundering, payment abuse, counterfeit sales, or evasion of taxes or fees;
  • misrepresent product identity, condition, authenticity, availability, price, ownership, transaction status, or the identity or authority of a seller; or
  • use Storepass to evade restrictions imposed by a connected marketplace, ecommerce platform, payment provider, or card-network rule that applies to you.

2. Privacy and Customer Data

You may not:

  • collect, access, use, disclose, sell, or export personal information without a valid business purpose and all notices, rights, and permissions required by law;
  • use customer, order, employee, buylist, or payment-related information obtained through the Services for unrelated profiling, surveillance, discrimination, or other unauthorized purposes;
  • submit government identification numbers, health information, complete payment-card credentials, or other highly sensitive information unless a Storepass feature is expressly designed to receive it; or
  • attempt to identify individuals from data that Storepass or another party has aggregated or de-identified.

3. Account, Credential, and Integration Security

You may not:

  • access another person’s account, store, system, or data without authorization;
  • share credentials or API keys with unauthorized people, defeat multi-factor authentication or access controls, or conceal the source of account activity;
  • test or scan for vulnerabilities without Storepass’s prior written authorization;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, or content designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system; or
  • interfere with, disable, or circumvent security, audit, usage, or technical restrictions in the Services or a connected platform.

4. Automated Access and Service Integrity

You may not:

  • scrape, crawl, index, data-mine, or access the Services by automated means except through a documented interface or with Storepass’s written permission;
  • exceed documented API, transaction, storage, messaging, or other plan limits; evade rate limits; or create an unreasonable load that degrades the Services for others;
  • reverse engineer, probe, copy, frame, mirror, or use the Services to build a competing product, except where law expressly permits and does not allow that restriction; or
  • use bots, scripts, or coordinated activity to manipulate prices, inventory, rankings, availability, promotions, or transaction outcomes deceptively.

If usage materially exceeds a plan’s documented limits or threatens service reliability, we may work with you to reduce usage, move to an appropriate plan, or apply agreed usage charges. We will provide notice where practical. This Policy does not itself authorize unlisted fees.

5. Messaging and Communications

Messages sent through or using information from the Services must comply with applicable email, telephone, text-message, telemarketing, and consumer-protection laws. You may not send spam, use purchased or unlawfully obtained contact lists, disguise a sender or message origin, or ignore a valid opt-out.

Marketing messages must be supported by the consent or other legal basis required for the channel and jurisdiction. Transactional messages may be sent when reasonably necessary to complete or service a transaction, but may not be disguised marketing. You are responsible for keeping consent and opt-out records when required.

6. Harmful Content and Intellectual Property

You may not use the Services to upload, publish, or transmit:

  • content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • unlawful threats, harassment, stalking, hate-based abuse, exploitation, or content that promotes imminent violence;
  • child sexual abuse material or content that sexually exploits minors; or
  • deceptive content intended to impersonate Storepass, another business, or another person for fraud or abuse.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove or restrict content, limit functionality, suspend access, or terminate an account as reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, and the Services. We may also preserve or disclose information when required by law and report apparently unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.

Where practical and consistent with safety, law, and platform obligations, we will notify the customer and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct a violation before suspension or termination. We may act immediately when conduct creates an urgent security, legal, fraud, or operational risk. Service interruptions caused by a violation are not eligible for a credit except where required by law or agreed in writing.

8. Reporting and Policy Changes

Report suspected abuse to contact@storepass.co. Include enough detail for us to identify the account, content, or activity at issue.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will receive reasonable advance notice and apply prospectively, except that changes necessary for law, security, or prevention of harm may take effect sooner. The effective date appears above.
