About the Role

Our Customer Service Representatives provide support to our customers, helping them navigate our products and resolve any issues they encounter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve user experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand software products.
  • Empathy and patience when working with customers.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred

  • Previous work in tech support or SaaS environments.
  • Interest in board games and trading card games.
