About the Role

You will work directly with our leadership team to build new features, enhance existing ones, and ensure the overall stability and performance of our software. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain key features of the Storepass platform using Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to define the product roadmap and architecture.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all parts of the platform.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers as the team grows.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions around product development, tech stack, and infrastructure.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in software development, particularly with JavaScript frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with Parse Platform and Docker is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce) is a plus.
  • Passion for building products from the ground up and willingness to take ownership of projects.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance team member, you will help ensure Storepass features are reliable, easy to use, and ready for the stores that depend on them every day. You will test new releases, reproduce customer issues, document findings, and work closely with product, engineering, and support to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test new and updated Storepass features across retailer workflows, including inventory, pricing, buylist, ecommerce, and point-of-sale tools.
  • Create clear bug reports with reproduction steps, screenshots, expected behavior, and customer impact.
  • Run regression checks before releases and help verify fixes after engineering changes.
  • Document edge cases and common workflows so the team can ship with more confidence.
  • Collaborate with support and engineering to investigate customer-reported issues.
  • Help improve internal QA processes as the product and team grow.

As a Sales and Marketing team member, you will help introduce Storepass to more game stores by running product demos, following up with interested retailers, and building thoughtful outreach programs. This role is ideal for someone who can speak clearly with store owners, understand their workflows, and help turn customer conversations into a stronger sales and marketing motion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run Storepass demos for prospective stores and explain how the platform supports their inventory, pricing, ecommerce, and buylist workflows.
  • Follow up with demo leads, answer questions, and help stores understand next steps.
  • Research and contact stores that may be a good fit for Storepass.
  • Maintain organized notes on prospects, conversations, objections, and follow-up tasks.
