Add Missing Products From a Set to Your Store

Use the Storepass Catalog to add products from a set when your store is missing some or all of that release. Storepass can check what has already been imported and create only the missing products and finishes.

This is the best workflow when a set exists in Storepass but your Shopify or BigCommerce store does not yet have every listing you want to sell.

Before starting

1. Open Product Creation Settings.
2. Select the product line and confirm the creation templates are current.
3. Check whether Include All Sales Channels should be enabled for Shopify product creation.
4. Save any template or automation changes.

Add the set

1. Open the Storepass Catalog.
2. Select the product line.
3. Filter by set name, then search.
4. Use the imported badges to see which finishes are already connected and which are still missing.
5. Click Create Products for the filtered set.
6. Confirm the task.

Review results

1. Open Product Creation Tasks.
2. Review skipped rows for already imported products, duplicate SKUs, duplicate titles, or missing required fields.
3. Open Products and filter by the set to confirm the listings are connected.

Prices may not appear immediately on newly created listings. Retail price rules are applied after product creation and may take a few minutes to update the created products.
