Create a Sealed Product

Sealed products are created from the Storepass Catalog the same way singles are created: Product Creation Settings render the title, SKU, tags or categories, image, status, and platform-specific fields, then Storepass creates the ecommerce product.

Use this workflow when a sealed product exists in the Storepass Catalog and should be added to your store.

Before starting

1. Open Product Creation Settings.
2. Select the sealed product line, such as the sealed version of a supported TCG product line.
3. Review the preview to make sure the name, SKU, image, vendor, tags, and status look correct.
4. Save any changes.

Create the product

1. Click Create Products from Product Creation Settings, or open the Storepass Catalog.
2. Select the sealed product line.
3. Search by product name, set, or release.
4. Click Create Product for one item, or filter the results and click Create Products for a group.
5. Review the create task after it starts.

After creation

• Prices: retail price rules update prices after creation.
• Images: if images are not available at release, enable Auto Update Missing Images or run Bulk Standardize later.
• Sales channels: Shopify products use your Include All Sales Channels setting from Product Creation Settings.

If the sealed product is not in the Storepass Catalog yet, product creation cannot generate it from templates. Contact support with the product line, set, and product name.
