Set Finishes for Catalog Listings

Selected finish tells Storepass whether a listing represents nonfoil, foil, etched, normal, or another supported finish. Storepass uses that value for price sources, product creation, buylist matching, and connection health.

Use this workflow when products show finish warnings, when prices are using the wrong finish, or when a connected listing needs variant-level finish cleanup.

Set a product finish

1. Open Products.
2. Select the product line.
3. Search for the listing.
4. Find the finish badges on the product row.
5. Click the finish that matches the listing.

Set variant finishes

1. Open the listing row for a product that has multiple Storepass variants.
2. Review each variant and its current selected finish.
3. Click the correct finish badge for each variant.
4. Save or wait for the update to complete, depending on the row action.

Review

• Info badge: the selected finish matches the finish you clicked.
• Warning badge: the listing has a selected finish that is not expected for the connected catalog product.
• Missing finish: the listing may not price correctly until a finish is selected.

Set finishes only after confirming the catalog connection is correct. Finish changes do not fix a listing connected to the wrong product.
