After changing buylist pricing rules, you may need to refresh offer prices so matching listings receive the new calculated cash and credit offers.
Use a focused refresh when possible. Filtering by product line, set, name, or another search field limits the task to the listings you actually want to update.
- Save Rule: saves the rule configuration.
- Recalculate Prices: refreshes the preview table on the Buylist Pricing Rules page.
- Refresh Offer Prices: starts the task that applies buylist pricing to listings.
Before starting
- Finish editing and saving your rules in Buylist Pricing Rules.
- Decide whether you need to update a whole product line or only a filtered set of products.
- If you are updating a large group, plan to monitor the task until it completes.
Use
- Open Products > All.
- Select the product line you want to update.
- Apply any additional filters, such as set, name, tags, or product type.
- Open Actions.
- Choose Refresh Offer Prices.
- Confirm the task if prompted.
Monitor
- Open Task Monitoring.
- Wait for the offer price refresh task to complete.
- Return to Products > All or the customer buylist and spot-check several products.
When to refresh
- After pricing-rule changes: refresh the matching listings so the stored offers update.
- After retail price changes: refresh if buylist offers are based on retail price.
- After product-line filter changes: check visibility first, then refresh pricing if offers need to be recalculated.
- After fixed-price rule changes: refresh the affected products so the new exact amounts apply.
Refreshing a very broad search can update a large number of listings. Check your filters before starting the task.
