Buylist Settings control which product lines appear on your buylist, how products qualify for each product line, what customers see at checkout, and which emails are sent during the submission workflow.
Use these settings before you launch a new buylist, add a product line, change payment options, or adjust the customer-facing submission experience.
- Product Lines: decide which categories customers can sell and how products are matched into each category.
- Global Settings: set minimum offer behavior, credit value, quantity limits, customer login, and checkout behavior.
- Customer Communications: set checkout copy, email subjects, approval messages, rejection messages, and submission instructions.
- Theme Settings: adjust the public buylist page text, logo, colors, and page styling.
Before starting
- Review the product lines you want customers to use.

- Exclude Shopify Tags: products with these tags are excluded even if they otherwise match.
- Start Of SKU: BigCommerce product lines can match products by SKU prefix.
- Only show hotlist cards: limits the product line to hotlist products when that option is available for your store.

- Minimum Offer Price Threshold: hides products at or below the product-line threshold.
- Product Grades: controls the condition labels, retail discount values, customer descriptions, and whether each condition is visible to all customers or only staff.
