My Product Is Missing on the Buylist

Created: 1/15/2026 | Last updated: 6/11/2026 | Tags: buylist, troubleshooting

If a product is missing from the customer buylist, it usually means the product is being filtered out by product-line settings, listing visibility, offer price, or catalog/listing data.

Use this checklist before opening a support ticket. It follows the same places Storepass checks when building the buylist page.

  • Product-line match: the product must match the selected buylist product line.
  • Visibility: the listing and product line must not be hidden from customers.
  • Offer price: the product must clear the relevant minimum offer thresholds.
  • Data: the listing needs enough Storepass product data to be found and priced correctly.

Check product line settings

  1. Open Buylist Settings.
  2. Open the product line where the item should appear.
  3. Confirm Is Hidden is not enabled.
  4. For Shopify stores, confirm the product matches the product type, required tags, and excluded-tag rules.
  5. For BigCommerce stores, confirm the SKU matches the configured SKU prefix when that field is used.
  6. Check whether Only show hotlist cards is enabled. If it is, the product must be marked hot.

Check listing visibility

  1. Open Products > All.
  2. Search for the product.
  3. Confirm the listing is active and published in the ecommerce channel where it should be sold.
  4. Confirm the listing is not marked hidden from the buylist.
  5. Confirm the product is connected to the correct Storepass catalog data when catalog data is expected for that product line.

Check offer price

  1. Review the product's current buylist offer price in Products > All or the buylist pricing preview.
  2. Open Buylist Settings and check the global minimum offer price threshold.
  3. Open the product line and check its product-line minimum offer price threshold.
  4. If you recently changed pricing rules, run Refresh Offer Prices from Products > All.

Check conditions

  1. Open the product line's Product Grades settings.
  2. Confirm the condition you expect customers to submit is set to All, not Staff Only.
  3. If the store uses per-product conditions, confirm the ecommerce listing has a variant that matches the condition.

After checking

If the product still does not appear, include the product name, Product Id, product line, expected condition, and the checks you completed when you contact support.
