Flat rate buylist pricing lets you offer exact cash and credit amounts instead of calculating offers from retail price. It is especially useful for bulk, low-value cards, or any category where the offer should be the same for every matching product.
Flat rates are configured inside a Buylist Pricing Rule by choosing Fixed Price.
- Percent Based: calculates buy prices from retail price.
- Fixed Price: uses exact cash and credit amounts for each condition.
Before starting
- Open Buylist Settings and confirm the product line has the right conditions.
- Decide which products should receive the flat rate.
- Decide the cash and credit amount for each condition.
Configure
- Open Buylist Pricing Rules.
- Select the product line.
- Open an existing rule set or click Add Rule Set.
- If this should only affect a subset of products, add criteria such as price, set name, rarity, name, release date, or stock.
- In The following rules will apply, choose Fixed Price.
- Enter the cash and credit prices for each condition.
- Click Save Rule.
Review
- Use the product preview table to search examples that should match the rule.
- Confirm the generated cash and credit offers show the fixed amounts.
- Check at least one product that should not match the rule to confirm it still uses the correct fallback rule.
After saving
- Open Products > All.
- Filter to the product line and product group you want to update.
- Open Actions and choose Refresh Offer Prices.
- Monitor the task from Task Monitoring.
Use a rule set with clear criteria for flat-rate pricing. If you set the default rule to Fixed Price, every product that does not match another rule will use those fixed amounts.
